I had originally chosen another company and not only did they decide that I couldn’t have the doors that I wanted because of the nature of my fireplace but also they automatically pulled a bait-and-switch by ordering another, more expensive set of doors without even explaining it to me. I cancelled the order and called your company and was reassured that I could have the doors I wanted. The person sent to my house to measure even called the manufacturer in my presence just to reassure me that the former company was wrong.
